Sapphic Celebrations – Official Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Sapphic Celebrations, all ticket sales are final. Because we reserve venues, staff, materials, and event capacity based on advance ticket purchases, we are unable to offer refunds under any circumstances.
Please read the full policy below before purchasing a ticket.
1. All Ticket Sales Are Final
Sapphic Celebrations does not offer refunds for:

Schedule conflicts
-
Change of plans
-
Illness
-
Transportation issues
-
Weather conditions
-
Guest no-shows
-
Dissatisfaction with event format or turnout

Being removed due to violating event rules
This applies to all events, including bar crawls, mixers, themed parties, workshops, retreats, and social gatherings.
2. No Refunds for Late Arrivals or No-Shows
If you arrive late or are unable to attend for any reason, your ticket is still non-refundable.
3. Event Changes or Adjustments
We reserve the right to:

Adjust the event schedule
-
Change the venue
-
Modify event flow
-
Replace a host
-
Adapt the event due to unforeseen circumstances
These adjustments do not qualify for refunds.
If an event is postponed, your ticket will automatically be transferred to the new date.
4. Event Cancellations (Rare)
If Sapphic Celebrations fully cancels an event with no rescheduled date, attendees will receive either:

A full credit to use toward any future event, or

A ticket transfer to a comparable event
Cash refunds are not provided.
5. Code of Conduct Violations
Guests removed from an event due to harassment, excessive intoxication, disruptive behavior, making others feel unsafe, violating host or venue rules are not eligible for refunds or credits.
6. Acceptance of Policy
By purchasing a ticket or attending any event, you agree to this No Refunds Policy and acknowledge that all sales are final.
