In consideration for being permitted to participate, I hereby release, waive, and discharge:

 

Sapphic Celebrations, its owners, event hosts, contractors, employees, volunteers, and venue partners from all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of my participation in any event.

 

This includes:

 

• Injury

• Property damage

• Emotional distress

• Lost or stolen items

• Third-party actions

Medical Responsibility
 

I certify that I am physically able to participate. I am solely responsible for any medical issues, medications, or emergencies that arise.

 

Photography & Media Release
 

I understand that events may be photographed or filmed. By attending, I grant Sapphic Celebrations permission to use my image for marketing or promotional purposes.

 

If I do not want to appear in photos, I will notify the host at check-in.

 

Behavior & Conduct
 

I agree to:

 

• Treat all attendees and staff with respect

• Not harass, threaten, or endanger others

• Follow all venue rules

Sapphic Celebrations may remove any participant who violates these expectations without refund.

 

Binding Agreement

This waiver applies to:

 

• Myself

• My personal representatives

• My heirs

• My next of kin

I acknowledge I have read and fully understand this waiver, and I agree to be bound by it.

By purchasing a ticket or attending, I acknowledge and accept this Liability Waiver.
